Didn't they find another supposed planetoid beyond Pluto that they were debating considering it a 10th planet in our solar system for a while there? I may be wrong but I could have sworn I had heard something to that effect within the past year or two. Maybe I was just remembering it wrong and it was discussion about Pluto's moon(s).

Yeah... they're totally always finding other things. There's been at least two or three discoveries of possible tenth planets... it's totally this sketchy subject because then they have to figure out what defines a planet, etc., etc. ...

Yeah I remember that being a part of it, if I recall there was some debate over whether Pluto should get demoted because they found plenty of other planetoids like about Pluto's size, or something like that -- but wound up getting "dual citizenship" instead. Correct me if any of this is insanely inaccurate, I'm interested but by no means a scientist in this area. ^_^

Corrections:

<3 it's fine~ Heh, I think no one really knows what the heck to classify Pluto as... the jury's still out on that one. But it's definitely not... singularly special, other than it's the closest.

How's Florida been treating you? Depending on if I decide to take a contracting/consulting job for a technology company I might end up anywhere in the States, including Florida possibly. If I do I'll be sure to get in touch with you ^_^;
