It's Christmas Eve...
Dec. 24th, 2003 10:23 pm... And a happy birthday to everyone's favorite pissy little tennis player, Echizen Ryoma. ^^;
Let's see... Jen and I went to JoAnn's yesterday, got stuff for Claus' suit, yay. We also got some dye, because I think the suit is too light, and I'm gonna make Jen help me with that because even if neither of us knows what we're doing, two is always better than one. I think.
Gift exchange with Amy last night at Jen's too; got the Vanessa Carlton CD which I had wanted so that made me happy. I listened to most of it today, some of the songs are really nice, I like. It also SNOWED last night (KNEW it would be a white Christmas!) but the roads were all slippery-bad so I stayed over at Jen's and helped her dig through old stuff. It was fun. Came home this morning and Mike (who was looking quite thankfully alive and rather well, after an incident with peanuts and allergies the other day o.o;;) and I gave Jennie her presents, which obviously resulted in much DDR playing. I also went to Stacie's for a bit for gift exchanging there. ^^ I got a Christmasy plush Stitch (wai!), a nifty physics book (yes, we're nerds, you knew this already), and a pretty Legolas poster (^___^) that will up the *real* boy count in my room to a whopping three. ^^;; Well, unless the picture I have of 2/3 of TBM and HOZ on the duck tour counts...
Came home, went to church, then watched Santa Claus 2 with the family (the whole family, *gasp!*), which was okay as far as sequels go, actually. Went for the required Christmas walk with Dad and Jennie, and now it's almost time for bed. I think Christmas is turning out to be much more survivable than previously anticipated, which is something of a relief, to say the least...
It still doesn't feel like Christmas, though. O.O It just came way too fast, I'm not ready for it! Ah.
Jennie made me a really awesome mirror, with Naruto dressed as a wizard on it. XD Sweet! And Claus continues to go *everywhere* with me. I think my parents are confused... ^^;;
And this IS a ghetto keyboard. Urgh. ^^;;;
Merry Christmas all!
