"Hurricane" Update

Well, the weather's still not *too* bad here... it was bad at 7am and woke me up ("Wow, it must have been bad to wake you up at 7 in the morning," says my dad ^^;) and was VERY windy and rainy. It's died down now; I moved my car out from under the tree because it was getting covered with moss and debris. I think more is supposed to hit us, but according to weather.com the highest sustained winds we're supposed to get are around 40mph. Hopefully that's actually the case - it's really blowing out there. o.o;

So I woke up at a decent hour due to inability to sleep and people calling, and watched the only other episode of Code: Lyoko that I managed to download. It was in French with subs, which was kind of cool. And actually, it was the episode immediately following the only full episode I've ever seen on Cartoon Network, so that worked out rather well if you ask me. Odd sounds... kinda like a girl in French, tho'... >>; And now, I know no one cares, but I do want to say that I am actually really impressed - in the translation from French to English, *all* of the characters names (and their pronunciations) are the same, the theme song is the same, and they even left in the "sketchy" stuff like kids walking around in underwear and kissing each other. Why, I ask you, does this not happen when things get translated from Japanese to English?

And that's really about it. Gonna just stay inside today and hope the power doesn't flicker anymore, like it wanted to this morning.
