ad_exiaYesterday we finished our Smash Hit 2 tournament. Yuuta won (o.O didn't see *that* coming), but the highlight of it all was...
I BEAT ATOBE WITH KAIDOH! ROCK! XD
Kaidoh is my new hero, with Kamio very close behind. ^^; And in reality, data tennis is really... very useful. Bowling with Momo is fun, and now that I know what all their songs are we can "cheat" when the jukebox asks us which song we want to play. And I'm sure anyone who has never seen this game won't have a clue what I just ranted about. Oops..
Okay, done with the fangirling. Slept in a little today, but not too bad, as I had to get random stuff done like laundry and cleaning and running a few errands. Also watched some Teen Titans... I'm almost done with the first season, though I think I'm still missing a few eps. Anyway, not much else going on, just trying to make sure I go to the right places for orientation tomorrow, etc. I think tomorrow and Tuesday are UF things, and then the astronomy dept.'s orientation begins Wednesday. I still really, really don't want to teach a lab, but I guess since I can't affort to, well, live otherwise, I guess I have to. -_- NOT looking forward to it, though. ><**
I picked up a few applications and need to fill them out and return them. BTW, Steph, thanks for telling me about that 20% off Borders thing this weekend, because I got a new book! ^_^ I'm also going to check at the UF libraries and see if there are any open positions, given my past five years' experience manning a circ desk. ^^; In any case, the actual job hunt has begun (only what, two months behind schedule? Argh, gotta love getting guilt for that but I guess I'm asking for it).
