Ah, Complexity...

ad_exiaSo it appears that NOTHING in my life as of late can be simple. ^^;; Go me.
It started with my fun Monday story, then bled over into Tuesday when first I almost couldn't rent the van: I'm not 25 and although the website said I could rent still, the people at Budget said they'd just changed their policy. O_O Thankfully, I mentioned I was an MIT student, and since that Budget is the one that'll rent to MIT students regardless of age, I just had to take the MIT rate ($20 more, not too bad) but could still rent. Whew.
Moving itself went fine; took about 5 trips and I didn't even bother taking the seats out of the van. Alex came and helped with the last trip (because he's SO cool, yeah!) but when we got to the dorm, my roommate had appeared and said that I wasn't the person who was supposed to be in the room. O_O What? The house master was in yesterday, but not physically behind the desk any of the times I went to go get a dolly, so therefore I coulnd't check with him. And the same thing has happened so far today, so I haven't begun unpacking yet, just in case. I am hoping that it's just the fact that the girl who was originally going to be in here, who obviously cancelled so that wait-listed me could get the room, just hasn't been taken off the list yet. I hope. ^^;; Dear Lord I don't want to move again. This is a NICE room that is BIG and has a GOOD VIEW. So there!
Gotta go drop off wallscrolls at the club office today, and print out a batch of cards. Oh, and find more laminating stuff. Dude, I just hope Liang can take over as treasurer asap 'cause I don't want to have to do it anymore! Yeesh! ^^;; But he has tests, I understand, so for now it's okay. I just thought I'd be done with this at the beginning of the summer. Ah well.
And that's it. Jen, I have more CCS for you, up 'till the end (ep 70) and then I gotta find an AVI of the second movie for you, or you won't be a happy CLAMP fangirl. ^^; Considering the movie is the END and the series... is not the end. Heh. Yepu.
