ad_exiaHoo, it's gonna be a long day. This entry will probably be made over the course of the next half hour or something, so pay no attention to the time at the top. ^^;;
Yeah, so there's practically no one of authority here at work today, and we all get the day off tomorrow, which is not conducive to work ethic. Eheh. And poor Scott forgot his headphones, which is very sad!
So I think I've finally got it figured out, how to make at least the shuriken bags pretty quickly and well. I can even get them to have snap closures. I just gotta go to Winmil today and get the stuff to keep the straps closed; I'm thinking of using those metal buckle-things you get for belts, so it'll be adjustable/hide-able. So since the actual *material* for the bags is like $1 a bag, I think the real cost is mainly gonna be all the extra crap, being the snaps and the buckle. Which brings it to like $5 or $7 a bag, so that's not too bad, I don't think!
What I'm *really* afraid of is those shoes. O_O I mean, even Naruto's shirt prolly won't be as hard as those stupid shoes. ><;; AND I'm trying to think of whether I should just modify a current dress, or if it's easier to just make Anna's dress. It's so simplistic I think even I could manage it, given a basic guide. And her necklace and bracelet, those should be *actually* fun. ^^ And I SWEAR Mom's got her shoes... I've got Jennie on the lookout for me. ^^ But dude, I still wanna cosplay Yoh 'cause I've got that plastic katana, unless I'm Anna who stole Yoh's katana, which might be kinda fun. ::grins::
Speaking of, Shaman King is cool. ^^ I'm on episode 57, although Jing Jing said she didn't like the ending and not to watch the very last episode. We'll see, I sometimes don't have issues with that. ^^;; But I figure as soon as I finish Shaman King I can start up again with GetBackers or something. Yay for Ban and Ginji. They be cool.
Wahoo, it's been a whole half hour. Man, it *is* gonna be a long day. And no pickups today either; yesterday I got to go with Scott to do a Gifts pickup, in the chem building in this really important-looking BL2 lab. It was kinda cool. ^^ And we managed to kill 2 hours doing it, even better, and I got a pretty darned good workout, which I need, so that was good too. Heh.
Okay... I guess I should go, or something. Maybe more later, unless I decide to be nice and stop rambling... ^^
