Star Wars: Musical Edition!

ad_exiaYes, yes... and it was *so* great, at that. Okay, so the pit and the actors murdered a coupla the songs, but you know what? I think that made it all the better. I was so worried Stacie and Nigel might not like it, 'cause Lee and Steve had both declined saying they'd heard it wasn't that great, but all three of us liked it so I was glad. ^^ Han Solo was *so* Han Solo. And Stacie and I loved the big plush Stitch in the Cantina, as well as the Stitch bobblehead in the Millennium Falcon. Whee! Man, now I want to watch Star Wars again... Oh yeah, and there were some more great points (aside from Stitch cameos):
- Luke (to Artoo after playing Leia's message): "Hey, do you have any more girls in there?"
- The Moulin Rouge poster in Obi-wan's house
- Luke telling Aunt Beru that her milk was blue (I'd always wondered about that!)
- Luke mooning over Leia (Stacie and I laughed so hard I was practically crying), especially since it was to "A Whole New World"
- The Hobbit-sized X-wings
Aww, but they shoulda used lightsabers like mine. I'm not quite sure *what* they used. But hey, the costumes are up for sale when they're done... *dude*, I want a Rebel pilot helmet! I think I'm gonna see how much they are. They spent a LOT of money on those costumes, and the sets were also amazing. Yeah, Star Wars!
Afterwards I went to April's with Miquela and Erica for dinner, which was great 'cause I *never* get to see all of them at once, let alone one at a time very often. It was fun, and then I was supposed to go observing but I went to go get the van keys and Susan had checked 'em out. Oops. ^^;; So I didn't go observing (which I hadn't wanted to in the first place, but I had to do, so now I feel kinda bad) and just went home and pretty much went to bed. I was tired!
Hm... I wonder how the Anime Club voting came out. I was just so excited we got to see Gawl, but it's definitely funnier in English. Oh well. I don't care, whatever we show I'll like it, heck, I even liked the first episode of GTO! It's better than the second, I'm glad we showed the first. He's even kinda good-looking when he's not making scary ecchi faces... And Skuld wants us to show Naruto, which I wanna see too so that would be cool. Yeah, ninjas!
Wow, it looks like some of this snow might be melting. Ohmigosh, we got a foot of snow on Friday. O_O But it's kinda cool... since I don't have to shovel it... Other than that, not much new really. Classes are pretty cool, I don't want to reduce data, and I got X Three - which I *swear* I don't remember having watched at least one of the epsiodes on! I don't remember the Satsuki episode... Oh well. I got to see it now, so it's all good. Now if only they'd ship me my X *Two*...
