ad_exiaArgh, it's cold here. I really *do* want to move to Florida.
The rule still holds. No fewer than two rejections in one day. Here's the running tally, for those who care:
UCLA: No
Univ. Colorado (Boulder): No
UC Santa Cruz: No
UCF: Accepted
UF (Gainesville): Accepted
UH Manoa: No response yet
Univ. Arizona (Astronomy): No
Univ. Arizona (Planetary): No
Univ. Michigan: No
New Mexico State: Waiting list (should have a response by Fri.)
Wash. U. (MO): No response yet
Deadline: April 15th. o.o;;
Thesis meeting went well today, got some of the data (at least the stuff that's already reduced) so I can start working on that, though I'm actually going to be focusing on the stuff that *isn't* reduced so that I'll have some new results in my paper. Deadline for that sucker is May 7th. ::dies:: Well, it's really not so much that as the fact that I'm taking other classes which are taking time away from my thesis, and that by the time I'm done going to class and doing homework I'm so drained from working that I don't want to think about my thesis. Ah well, just gonna have to suck it up and stop complaining. ^^;
In other news... I'm actually watching the rest of DNAngel. Go me. I watched about 4 eps in the past two days. Also watched FMA 25 yesterday. Stuff. No brilliant thoughts about it, but I will say they sure like to lay it on fast and thick. Still has me caught off-guard. We'll see.
Got some other stuff done, though I'm not sure what... I felt on-and-off productive yesterday, so I think that's at least somewhat good.
