Ahh it ate my post. ><;;
Mar. 23rd, 2004 05:26 pmNooooo, I just had an entry written and the internet ate it. -_-
Here we go again...
Well, my Federal refund came in. WHEE. So now, although I really am still *poor*, I'm not *as* poor. So I can justify buying these:
I FOUND IT!!!
Damn, Kino kicks ass
They're decently priced - $4.70 for a clearfile is excellent, it's just the georging $6.00 shipping that makes me able to justify buying two of 'em instead of just the one. Just like with the Last Exile OST.
It's so much easier to work sitting here next to the open window with the sunlight and the fresh air and the wonderful Florida weather. You'd think it might not be, that I might want to just run around and frolic outside (not entirely untrue), but really, I'm very content working next to the happy open window. ^_^ I got some work on my thesis data reduction done, but since I'm having a bit of trouble tracking down the standard star info, that came to a halt. I guess I could work on the intro some more later, which is probably what I'll do since I can't work on the Policy pset until I get back to school. Jen doesn't have solver, and she has the new MSOffice stuff, so I didn't even bother bringing the files to work on.
Right, so Thai food later for dinner with Sarah, that should be fun! And then Jen and I are (supposedly) going to engage in some strange amalgamation of ParaParaing, sewing, and thesis-izing. She's got some yellow fabric she says I can use for Goku's cape, so I can get started on that. (BTW, YAY for the fact that he gets better wristbands in Reload. Makes me happy.) AND she has paper mache materials - and, more importantly, *skillz* - so I can maybe work on Joshua's horns, too. 'Cause I've never used paper mache before. ^^;
Watched the new FMA and Chrno Crusade. Oh, FMA so needed an epsiode like that, where despite angst things worked out okay. And Chrno Crusade is getting good, I can't believe there are supposedly only two more eps of the official series before they hit the OVAs. Still not sure how that's going to work.
Okay, I think that's just about the whole post re-done. Time to SAVE this before trying to post it for real. ><;

Date: 2004-03-24 08:51 am (UTC)I'm sure if you give me, like, a week or two, I'll have money from working the last day of Spring Break, and I might be willing to put in a group order with you. But maybe you want to look for 'em at Anime Boston?
