ad_exia- Fix minor things (velcro, seams, etc.)
-Cut off arms of the brown suit below the elbows (it's hot otherwise, and no one will see it, and I have long gloves to boot)
-Attach collar (it's already made though)
-Put snaps on front (have to see how the harness fits to do that)
-Finish front buckle for harness and put it on (may recuit Steph for this)
-Get Steph to put the Silvana logo on the back of the harness ^^;; (I can't draw, and I REALLY can't draw straight lines.)
-Sew harness closed!
-Get a wig!! (got a good one bookmarked in an Ebay store, but I'm gonna hit Dorothy's tomorrow before ordering it)
- Receive and style wig
- Stick a clasp in back (don't trust that zipper)
- Touch up things (i.e. cut off stray threads, etc.)
Whee. I'd say... 97% done. XD And can I just say that Steph is my hero of the week (month!) for doing that Georging (uh, sorry George ^^;;) crest on the buckle. She did an awesome job! And I managed to get the Silvana logo on the back myself. I tried to get the detail visible, but I'm not so sure it worked. Ah well, really all it needed was the basic shape all silvery. ^^
I'm not *wonderfully* happy with the snaps on the front (you know, I shoulda realized that snaps and spandex probably wouldn't play well together ><;;) but I think I can live with how it turned out. There's edges of my sharpie marking for placement kinda visible, but I bet absitively no one will notice them. ^^;;
Watched 9 (and 10, couldn't just stop there!) of Chrno Crusade, and plan to watch 11-13 during work Sat. That *is* it, right? Not that I'd complain if I was wrong about it being only 13 episodes...
Still been workin' on that icky lab due tomorrow; I swear I've only worked on my costume (if at all) during Witch Hunter Robin, so that's even multitasking. o.o Oh well, tomorrow's Friday. And I don't get a "this is what you're supposed to do on your thesis" update 'till Tuesday, so that means I have until then to write my full-fledged intro. I think I can do that.
I really, really want those snoopy goggles I've been eyeing for, like, two months. I'm not sure whether I want someone to convince me to spend $30 on them or not. They really are pretty damb close to perfect...
I feel so... weird going to bed early...
