Stupid Geology Conference!
Uh... right. So the desire to work has not returned, but I don't really have much of a choice in the matter. I *think* my project for Data & Models will still fly because I ran it by Dale and he actually seemed to think it still had worth. Hallelujah. But that means I've got to do some methane modeling, and do you know how hard it is to find a methane spectrum? A numeric one? But maybe I can at least try to figure out WHICH kind of methane I have... we'll see. I might just cheat and pick the one that fits the best. Shh, don't tell.
I want my pretty box with Claus on it. I know it'll come, but I bet you anything it'll come while I'm at home next week. -_-;; Oh well, I'll just have to bring the boy home with me. I guess I'll lend Dio to Jen, since I don't think BOTH of them will fit with me on the plane. ^^;; And I now have reason to believe that maybe, just maybe, it's NOT Dio turning my alarm off in the morning. ^^;;
Been going since 7:30 this morning: got up, went to work until 10, held my office hour until 11:30, went to class, tracked down Darryl to ask about the SVD, tracked down Dale to ask about the project, got FOOD at like 3:15, went with April to search for her ring (no luck, sad), went running, took a shower, passed out in bed. Jen called I know not how long after that, so we talked for a while, and I'm waiting for Stacie to get back from her dinner and call 'cause she had a Black Holes question. Hopefully I can answer her!
Got my calendar today though. Uh... where am I supposed to put it? o.o I may have to move the sexy-lookin' Heero poster somewhere else. Or just have half the thing hanging over the window, that's not too bad.
You know, on second thought, I remember this morning, in between the alarms going off, I was dreaming. About Dio. Hitting my alarm, or at least there was blame in his direction for doing so. I swear.
