ad_exiaSo I am about to collapse into bed, but I figured I would post up my progress pix because I am a dork like that. And to prove that there's a reason I haven't checked my flist since 4:30pm.
So I finished the shirt today - WHEW! The collar is a little wider than it should bebecause I really do seem to lose at collars but it works just fine. The ripping was not nearly as hard as I thought it would be (well, not that it was hard, but I was worried about the positioning) and now the only thing I have to worry about is how to keep it from ripping any more. I think I'll see if I can't use a paintbrush and some fray check on the corners, because if I just glob it on there it'll show.
Shirt front (Ugh, pretend my hair is not atrocious, I had to take it out of the clips to get the shirt on. XD)

Then I finished the pants (who cares if I don't hem them on the bottom, no one will see!) and got started on the wig, which was harder than I thought. But there are three loops of wire-twisted hair hanging up to dry in the bathroom after being painted with fabric stiffener, because lo! I found an extra bag of hair extensions that matched the wig perfectly so I figured I'd try it that way, since using the actual wig to get the loops was turning out to be difficult. I think this could work! The wig is really my last concern at this point, as the shin guards should be fine and the belt just needs some glue and will be complete. Speaking of, I also got the last straps on the shin guards, but I've got them taped into shape and I'll put the velcro on after they've sat like that for a few days.

I think the blister on my finger is bigger. D:
Okay, real entry later, including those topics (for reals, I swear!). Bedtime now, I'm exhausted! (Oh, but before I go, apparently tomorrow is free pancake day at IHOP! Just so you all know~)
Also, SELF - RP APP. DO NOT FORGET LIKE I KNOW YOU WILL. D: I think I only have the reserve 'till Wednesday. And there is that writing contest I need to enter by Friday.
