Last night was like premier night! Or something. XD
Diana and I watched the first episode of Demons, which was... interesting. I'm not sure if it was good interesting or bad interesting, butGene Hunt Philip Glenister with an attempted American accent was amusing. And Ross Luke didn't seem to believe in wearing a shirt. XD I think it hit a seven on the "smite-o-meter", which means that they used the word "smite" at least seven times. They even used "smit" - huh, which apparently is a valid past tense form of the word. Well, it still sounds funny. XD
And then during the preview for the second episode, there was not only the little girl who plays Molly in Ashes to Ashes, but GAIUS! I think we might have to watch the second episode, if only for him. XD That, and we admit that first episodes are rarely indicative of the rest of the show. Maybe it'll get better? XD; Who knows.
Then we decided to watch Supernatural, because it was recommended to me and I knew absolutely nothing about it aside from the fact that the two main characters were brothers. XD It was really good! We watched the first two episodes - it kind of reminds me of a punkier X-Files, without all the work Mulder had to go through to convince Scully that there were Weird Things Out There. Anyway, I really like it so far, and the dad was Marcase on The Burning Zone! THAT'S why he looked so familiar! Man, I miss that show~ He was my favorite character, too~
Anyway, I like Sam. Dean is kind of a jerk. :x I hope he gets better. I mean, it's not horrible or anything, but Sam is just so much more... normal, I guess. In a good way~
And we also watched The Cage, the original pilot for TOS, which I've seen a few times but is actually a pretty decent episode~ Oh, Pike. XD I think that Talosian really thought he was hot - he kept staring at him. XDD; Anyway, it was quite enjoyable and we plan to watch more TOS~
ALSO. I realized that I forgot to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to
valeriebean on Monday. Because I'm a loser. D: So Happy Belated Birthday to you! <333
