Um... right. So I don't know that I have too much else to say. Today was not overly exciting... I think I sat around for most of it. ^^; But! I did get to hang out with Persimmon yesterday, who brought me lots of fun stuff from Japan! INCLUDING SR SAMURAI, WIN~ :D AND the Ryoma Star Night Rare card!!! Eeee, it goes next to astronaut!Ryoma~ Woo, no matter how far I ever get removed from PoT, I will always <3 Ryoma. :D And I finally (OMG I'm a loser) got around to finding a decent place to hang up that really pretty Ryoma banner-thing that Bucky got me last year. :D It's really quite gorgeous, and I wanted to put it in the kitchen, but alas, there was no room. So I moved some stuff over and it's over my desk so I can look at it all the time. :D <3
Actually, speaking of PoT, I went trawling about some fanart sites today, trying to see which of my links still worked and which didn't. And I found more NiouRyo, yay? Apparently it still exists in the world, win! I think I will always <3 them too, long after all my RPs are gone~
Um, okay... so in actual news this Friday is our Annual Astronomy Department Reitz Meeting, which basically means I get to spend 9-5 listening to grad student talks about what they do all day. XD Well, and I have to give one too, and attempt to have something to show for myself, which means most of this week is going to be spent writing that. But that's okay, it helps me get myself in gear and organized, so that's a good thing. Not really looking forward to giving a talk (I mean, I'd just as soon rather not) but at least it's only 15 minutes, and not too bad. Though we have to "grade" everyone on their talks, which means I have to pay attention for at least parts of the other talks. I'll bring a notebook or something, try to sketch out more of Ver's story in the meantime.
... Yeah. I should go before I bore you all to death. ^^;; Well, have a good Sunday night? Gah, where did my weekend go? :O
