ad_exiaD: I finished Voyager today. Maaaaan. But it was a much better ending than anything I could've come up with, despite the couple of things well, okay, only one, really out of left field. XD; All in all, I really enjoyed Voyager, and I think I am really going to miss it. ;_;
And the Enterprise Season 1 torrent is still a day and a half from being done. ::pokes it:: At least Diana came and rescued me with some Doctor Who, which went markedly uphill, especially with the appearance of ::gasp!:: Mickey's backbone. Woo. That took faaaaar too long. XD; Ah well, better late than never?
I was really glad for Mickey's backbone, actually~ I hope he's happy, staying where he did, but it seems like it. So that's good. :D
The Idiot's Lantern was pure brilliance. XD That was one fun episode~ And really? I think possibly the complete lack of any attempt at explaining anything made it that much better. See, when they don't try to make it make sense, it just... makes so much more sense. XD
Of course, that couldn't last. There were FAR too many science complaints to even deal with in The Impossible Planet and Satan's Pit. Suffice to say, if the planet was within the damned event horizon, why the hell didn't they just say so? XD Would've saved me a lot of mental anguish, let me tell you~ And I won't even get into how I will swear that "oxygen field" is just a euphemism for "PLOT HOLE." Because really, it is. >>; BUT at least the actual character development/core story was good, even with all the crazy science flaws. So I enjoyed it nonetheless~ Go Rose, saving the universe from Satan!!
Seriously, I don't get why people seem to hate Rose so much. I still just love her. Everything Diana's told me so far about what people pick on seems absurd. Seriously. She's pretty awesome~ And Ten is defnitely growing on me. He's not Nine, but he's growing into his own and I like that. And his nerd glasses. And his sneakers. Hee~
I am almost done with the akatsuki coat, yay! Just have to finish tapering it and then put on the clouds, which really should not be too bad as long as I can prove that I'm not an utter failure at cutting them out. Which I hope I am not! Then I need to finish the collar for Satoko. And find a headband! I found tights today, though, so at least that's out of the way. I need to look at her shoes again, too. But I think either Mikoto's or Tenma's will do. ::hopeful!::
I should get to bed soon. I mean, I actually almost got up at a real actual reasonable hour today. And then I did get up at noon, which all in all, was not too bad, I'd say. We'll see if I can do that again tomorrow.
