HAPPY BIRTHDAY! To Daft, Jirru (even though I don't think you read this journal anymore :x), and Diana~! Hope you all have wonderful days~ :D (And in Diana's case, that you feel lots better! <3)
Woo, started real work on the Starfleet uniforms today, and we actually got the grey part on without too much trouble! The zippers are pinned into place, next comes the vertical lines on the grey parts and putting the rest of the bodysuit together. I fear the sleeves, but hopefully they won't be too bad?
Gotta get up uber-early tomorrow to take my car in for it's 60,000 mile check-up before we take it up to Atlanta on Thursday. Hopefully all will go well, and I won't come out too much poorer in the end. :x That scraps work for tomorrow, so I convinced Valerie to stay home and work more on the Starfleet uniforms~
I'm left wondering if I should bother sewing the patch onto Wash's sleeve. No one's going to see it. Is it worth it? Hm...
Aaand that's it. Uh. On to tackling this ginormous (and I hear that's actually a word now? :D) list of mine. @.@; After this week, Dragon*Con will seem like a vacation!
