ad_exiaI have finished all but the last episode of DS9, because Tyler's DVD skips and TVlinks doesn't have it. ._.;; BUT Curtis put it in his Netflix queue, so I'll have it... uh. Eventually. Which is fine by me. BECAUSE OMG HOW IN FREAKING HELL ARE THEY GOING TO END IT IN ONE EPISODE OMG?! It better not make me cry. DS9 is good at that. >>; In the meantime, I started Voyager. :D Chakotay is... strangely cool this time around. (Kind of like Ford in seaQuest. Go figure. XD;)
Anyway~ So I bought more icon space. :D;; It was only $6 or so, since I signed up for automatic payments and I've already had my paid account for (gasp!) four months. Of course, this also makes me realize I haven't really used any of the features except a layout and a bajillion icons, so... I should look to that. ^^;
Um... so work on Van is progressing well~ I model magic-ed the sword today, and it might not be perfect but considering I have an artistic talent that ranges somewhere in the negatives, it's not bad? :D; (I wonder if you can sand model magic. >>; My gut says no, though...) Now to wait for it to dry so I can paaaaaint~ After that... holy crap, I just have to cut the wig and I'm done? Damn. XD Of course, Jen's hakama have to get finished - that's only another hour or two of work, so that will be done by the end of the weekend. Which means I may actually get to go see fireworks next week... Tyler's aunt got some hotel rooms... somewhere south of here (I can't remember the name of the town :x) and he invited us to go down and see the fireworks~ I don't think I can go Monday, but maybe Valerie and I might go down Tuesday and stay the night and head back Wednesday. (I have to get *some* work done, since Vicki is leaving at the end of next week and I won't see her for like a month. D:)
Speaking of work, I am SO getting a shirt that says "Dance, BackWCS, dance!" (Ahaha, I should make an icon, given that I have, like, fifty spaces to fill yet. XD) Just as soon as I figure out how to design one. Because it looks like I have to use it again. If only it WORKED. (Tweakshifts has been momentarily beaten into submission, but that's probably a tenuous victory at best...) I got the proof for my paper and read it (ack, again, I'm getting sick of reading my own paper <<) and sent it back, so hopefully it will actually come out on time yay~ Aaaand... I did nothing else useful today except get rained on and go running. :D;
I may or may not have had more to update with, but this is getting long-ish so I'll stop while I can't think of anything else. ^^;
