It's so humid o.O

ad_exiaWow, I'm feeling amazingly awake. Maybe *both* of my sections should have been at 8:30...
Anyway. I woke up just fine for my class this morning, thanks to two alarm clocks and a cat. ^^; It went fine - it was already supposed to be a smaller section, and only 7 people came today, most of whom were nice and conversational and cool. I've got some English majors and even a Criminology major - sounds cool! Anyway, the class only lasted about half an hour, so I walked over to the union for some coffee. OMG is it humid out. o.o Now, I know I live in Florida and all, but it's really wet out there today. Maybe it's just me. ^^; In any case, I may want to go to the post office soon or, if not, wait until I leave campus to avoid the middle-of-the-day heat.
Hm. I need to decorate my office more. I keep forgetting to bring things in; so far all I have is the little Goku picture stating he should be an astrophysicist and Jimmy Neutron on top of my monitor. I want to bring in some conpix, maybe, or I might actually try to bring in some space/astronaut pictures (gasp!). I mean, I figure since I have the worst desk location (right next to the door facing the BRICK WALL) I should be allowed to decorate, ne?
So I think the plan today is to try and get random things done during the day (since I'm already here and I don't even have class until 3pm) like emailing and running to the post office and such, and then Jen and I wanted to head to the mall and check out phones and job apps. Then, weather permitting, I have to go to the observatory to do one last training session. The first GatorAnime showing is tonight, but I'm not sure I'd go even if I didn't have the training thing. Maybe next week. They're showing stuff I've already seen, anyway, and although I suppose I'd really only go to meet people, that might not happen tonight. We'll see.
In the meantime, does anyone know how to use calipers? Stacie, I may call you and ask, because I think they expect me to show people next week and I've never used the things myself. o.O;; Okay, so I know they're just calipers, but I don't know how to read the small scale on the bottom so I don't want to look stupid. Am I even making any sense...?
