ad_exiaYou know, I even took something to make me sleep... oh, it was almost two hours ago now. >< I hate not being able to sleep - it's so easy to mess up my internal clock toward sleeping from 6am-2pm, but so hard to get it back to sleeping from 2am-10am.
Let's see... well, today when I did get up, I got a call and soon afterwards Jen and Brandon showed up with Ali-chan-sized snacks: tiny cans of Diet Coke and tiny mint Milanos. Rock. ^_^ We played tennis (two on one and I still won 5-3 or something like that, yay!) and went to Hungry Howie's for dinner because they have this $4 all-you-can-eat buffet that was awesome and will have to be revisited many times in the future. Random discussions include trying to figure out characters that Miki Shinichiro has been that *aren't* sluts and the joys of doujinshi. >>;
After Brandon left(hm, I think he should be called Sanzo just because. Mizuki is too mean to call anyone and, well, he's just Sanzo!), Jen and I hung out; I actually worked on Ren's shirt and now it's nearly done. I need to attach the collar, do the trim, put the straps on front, and cut out that stupid hole in the back. All of which shouldn't take me more than an hour or two, in an ideal world, so work on his pants will hopefully commence tomorrow. We also watched the second episode of .hack//Legend of the Twilight Bracelet and squeed over the fact that Shuugo is really just Ryoma. When I said he'd never be genki? Just watch .hack. ^^;; And thus my desire to cosplay Shuugo has resurfaced. Apparently he *doesn't* have the funky designs on his pants... or does he? Not in the anime, but he does on the cover of the manga. ::confused::
Finished Getbackers v.3 and read a good chunk more of Tales From Earthsea, not in that order but it doesn't really matter. Also, Adam called (yay! I miss my Boston friends, and I so suck at keeping in touch. This must be fixed!) and I did laundry and now have to figure out how to get Ryoma's hat to un-wrinkle...
