:D JONAS BROTHERS :D
Clearly, there is only one icon I can use for this post. You guys had to know it was coming. Thankfully, I will only subject all of you to one picture before you can just scroll past the cut.

You know, I loved the Demi Lovato concert. But I loved the Jonas Brothers concert even more. (Maybe it's because I know absolutely all of their stuff including the new album, or maybe it's because they're cute guys, or maybe I'm just crazy, or whatever. XD;) ANYWAY.
Well, first of all, Diana (who is totally awesome for coming with me, seriously. XDD <3) and I met up with Adam for dinner at this Thai place in Channelside, just around the block from the St. Pete Times Forum. We were running pretty late, but after finding a place to park (easier said than done), the three of us finally met up with about 45 minutes to eat. Thankfully, the Thai place was lightning fast, and delicious to boot! Anyway, I feel bad we couldn't spend more time with Adam, but I'm hoping I'll have more time for hanging out after Dragon*Con when my life can be a life again. XD
We got a bit confused trying to find our parking garage at the Forum (what with the MILLIONS OF CARS everywhere and absolutely no signage), but all ended well. I'd pre-paid for parking, figuring it'd be easier, so we parked and got inside, hit the bathrooms, and found our seats just as the first opening band (a bunch of Asian Girls? Clearly not Honor Society) was finishing up right before Jordin Sparks came on. I don't really know anything by her, but she was really good and I might have to go hunt down more by her~ (I'm sure someone I know can help? ;D) Anyway, then there was the typical intermission where they prepped the stage for the Main Act.
The stadium was seriously packed. Sold out packed.

Gee, you think we're here to see the Jonas Brothers or something?

Yeah, so the middle stage? Rotated. In two different directions (the middle circle went one way while the outer one went the other), and the middle was also a lift. Pretty awesome. And the 360-degree stage was really awesome, because it meant everyone got to see them and I really liked that. They sure did a whole lot of running around! XD

Anyway, cameras were obviously okay (I think they actually were at the Demi concert too but I hadn't known, so I wasn't going to miss out this time!) so I took a million pictures whenever I got the chance. XD Unfortunately I had to use the low-light setting on my camera, which washes out the details, but that's okay. At least I can totally tell which blur is Joe-shaped, Nick-shaped, and Kevin-shaped. XD Plus I got a few slightly more decent ones when the lights would flare. :D;
I'd been wondering what they'd open with (secretly hoping but figuring it wouldn't be Fly With Me); it was Paranoid, followed by That's Just the Way We Roll, which was a good way to open things. Anyway, I don't remember the song order much, but they played pretty much everything I wanted to hear - everything from Lines, Vines, & Trying Times were songs I liked, and they even did Year 3000! That was unexpected and cool~ Plus all the usuals like Burning Up and S.O.S. and Tonight. There was also Fly With Me, which is quickly becoming one of my favorites, and Hold On and even World War III. Seriously, an awesome tracklist~ They did Turn Right followed right by When You Look Me In the Eyes, so it was their two Doctor Who-iest songs back-to-back, which amused me~ XD They even pulled out Play My Music and Gotta Find You. Go Camp Rock?
Turn Right:

They also covered I Gotta Feeling by the Black Eyed Peas.

OMG but the best part of the concert? THEY PLAYED A COVER OF SWEET CAROLINE. OMG. For those of you with no clue, Sweet Caroline is one of my favorite songs ever~ I used to listen to it all the time when I was little. Seriously. I love that song. And suddenly the Jonas Brothers break out into it and it was the AWESOMEST THING EVER. It made my night~
Jordin Sparks also came out in the middle and did Battlefield with them, which was pretty fabulous too~

Also? They TOTALLY sprayed the audience with foam, as per previous tours. XD Maybe I should be glad I wasn't up near the stage...

INTRODUCING THE AMAZING FLYING JONASES!

Y hello thar Joe.

The End~
Getting out of there was fun (as in completely not), but I suppose that's what happens with massive amounts of people try to leave one place by only a few roads all at once. But we did, and I got home and finished packing and got about two hours of sleep before heading to the airport to fly to Boston...
And there are more fun stories involving that, but not right now, as I am tired and think I may just pass out. XD Flist and the rest of my in the morning, perhaps. G'night, all!
