So. I live! This weekend was so crazy, but in a good way~ (I know, I know, I'm talking about last weekend when it's very nearly this weekend, but this is just what happens when I don't get the chance to update until Thursday - nearly Friday!) Tiffany was in town Saturday through Tuesday, which resulted in many late nights where I didn't get home 'till 3am but it was so totally worth it~ Basically the past few days have included, in no particular order, Blue Highway pizza, Superman I & II (yay I've finally seen them!), DS9, lots and lots of games of Munchkin, Sweet Dreams ice cream (PB&J!), 30 Rock, How To Train Your Dragon, True Blood (and Tru Blood!), and The Monster Squad and The Stuff (because we do so love bad movies).
OMG but speaking of How To Train Your Dragon - GO. SEE THIS. RIGHT NOW. I was not expecting much other than to be entertained, but it was so good. There was actual depth and yes, it was funny, but there was a lot more to it than that. The end! The end was fantastic. We just saw it in 2D, but I think I might be easily convinced to go back and see it again in 3D.
And speaking of 3D, looks like we'll be going to see Clash of the Titans in 3D, if I get my way~ AND a shuttle launch from UP CLOSE because Janet got an uber-fancy-special pass! :D Which means we have to be there so early it's late, but it'll be so worth it to watch from the causeway. o.o Now to get on organizing that - and buy Sea World tickets!
And I just finished watching episode 3 of The Pacific. ( OH MY GODDDDD, Pacifiiiiiiic. )
