So apparently I am still feeling spammy. Apologies to all of you who have to put up with this.

The weather is gorgeous today! Which is a welcome change from the GIANT THUNDERSTORM that kept scaring the cat while I was trying to fall asleep last night. I am tempted to go running just to be outside, but alas I'll probably end up saving that for tomorrow. I ended up pretty much sleeping through my alarm and waking up at 1 today, but I guess that's allowed on a Sunday.

But! I got this awesome email this morning saying that I'd won one of the writing contests I entered a while ago! Yays! $50 more toward buying touristy stuff in England? XD (Actually, if I really want to justify it, it covers my Jonas Brothers ticket, so there.) Link coming when it goes up on their website~

This has thus somewhat bolstered my confidence, and I think I'm actually going to try to get an entry in for the contest that ends on Tuesday. I've got to do some research for it, but that's not too bad and which is why Wikipedia is a wonderful thing. Plus, I don't think there's an entry fee. The only downside is that I should work on that instead of fanfic, but since I have no idea how well or not well Kevin's ridiculous brilliant plan to save Ben is going to go, that's okay? Urk, I still have that PJO fic half-finished that needs work, as well. Man, that whole grad school thing really gets in the way of my fanfic writing!
