Okay, that was the cutest episode of Clone Wars ever~ Clones are the bestest. :D Especially when you saddle them with small, cute children. Oh God I'm going into Omega Squad withdrawal. I can tell. D:
I am so excited I have nothing to do this weekend. I have major plans to... clean off my deck furniture (and my bike, ahaha) and do some reading and writing. And get some sewing on Bad Girl done! Because I need to finish that up so I can start my FXShow costume.
As far as my double-feature day went yesterday, Let the Right One In was... interesting. I liked it, but it was a litte slow (as can be expected from a more independent/foreign film, maybe?). There were a few parts where I wasn't really sure what it was trying to tell me, and one where apparently Diana and I totally misinterpreted things (but we're not alone!). XD But overall I liked it, like I said, and those two kids were pretty amazing actors, seriously. I think I'm going to read the novel eventually. I'll also be interested to see what they do with the American remake. I'm already a little >> over the fact that they thought "Let the Right One In" was too long for the title. Uh.... Sure, guys. I wonder if they'll get a boy or a girl to play Eli.
Then there was the midnight premiere of Watchmen, which was a little crazy. XD I will never understand why all the hugest movies go to the tiniest, most run-down theater in Gainesville. Anyway, it was crowded but at least we got pretty decent seats, and the movie was awesome. I really liked it, though please do not rant at me because I haven't read the graphic novel - I will, I'd just never heard of it before the movie came out, and I can honestly say it's something I probably never would've picked up on my own, anyway. But. I will read it! Promise~ I just don't have the money to buy it right now. Curtis and I were actually joking about how we needed a department copy of it. XD Anyhoo, Rorschach and Dan (because if they ever said his superhero name, clearly I missed it XD) were awesome. :D Heck, even the girl was awesome. That's a major plus!
Okay, off to putter around on the internet or something equally as unproductive.
