D: Look at this mess! Stupid stars, get out of my way. :x I don't even know if I can get decent photometry on this cluster, it's right in the middle there. I think I am beginning to severely dislike diffraction spikes. XD And I don't even know what that weird infinity-looking thing is. Probably an artifact from that freakishly bright star just off the frame. D:
I think it's becoming standard for NGN to last past midnight, because even when we're done with episodes we keep talking and talking for hours. And the Riker jokes just keep getting worse and worse. Well, in the best way possible, I mean. XD Poor Riker. Except, you know, not really. Because he's Riker.
I hope this rain stops before Saturday. We're supposed to go to the Medieval Faire and I don't want to be soggy! D: That would be sad. At least it's a little colder out. This is good, because it means I might get to actually wear my new scarf before next December. :D
Frank emailed me to let me know that the half-marathon is apparently starting to fill up, so I should definitely decide sooner rather than later. I think I'm pretty set on doing it, though. As long as it won't kill me. And that Frank doesn't care that it will take me a lot longer to finish it than it'll take him.XD;;
I have also been thinking, maybe I should look into getting an iPod Nano or Mini or whatever, if I'm going to be doing a lot of running. My iPod is fine for a couple of miles, but after that I think it might get a bit annoying.
... Why is the HST archive taking so long? D: I just want one dark file!
