Um. So I'm alive, I swear, I've just been unGodly exhausted since I got back from Boston (heh, the tiny amount of sleep I got from Wednesday night on might have something to do with that) so I haven't, um, been around much, not that I suppose that's really of too much consequence. ^^; But I do apologize for the lack of comments (unless you're sick of me commenting, in which case I apologize that you needed a break from me D:); I've been kind-of-sort-of keeping up with stuff from when I was gone but commenting seemed kind of moot.
In any case, Boston was hectic but fun! I won a date with Utena on Friday night (:D;; though all I got were flowers, but they smelled nice!) and the chess match was lots of fun~ Miss Diana was awesome and won an award for her Tomoyo-Hime costume in the Masquerade, and I am very proud of her~ I'm glad I got to see most of my friends (ahhh, except Alex and Destra! ;_;), albeit for brief spurts of time (we did not get to hang out with Alli nearly enough!), and it was fun hanging out with Jennie as well (I don't see my sister often enough!). I think that possibly the best part was sitting in the back of Mina's PoT panel with Lara Croft and Hyatt and watching my sister go, "Holy crap there are MUSICALS?" and Diana agreeing with me about the hotness of movie!Tezuka. :D; Also, there were, like, a double-digit number of Ryomas there! That was so cool~ The weather was beautiful (thanks, Diana XD) and even though I only spent about an hour and a half in the dealers' room, I managed to spend fifty bucks. :D; Ah well. It was worth it!
Aaanyway, got back about 2am on Monday and slept until about 2pm, but had to go in and help Anthony load up the Starlab because we had a visit to a school hella early on Tuesday morning (ugh, I got up at six for that o.o;). Despite having five or so classes of four year-olds (with some threes mixed in) over the course of about two hours, it went really well. I just pointed out some constellations and then showed them what the sky looked like with no Greek pictures overlaid on it. ^^; And I didn't get kicked in the ribs! ::pats Tyler:: Then today was a day of meetings, with GAO in the morning and the high school outreach program in the afternoon, with a break in the middle for lunch with Diana and Valerie. I was going to start Jen's hakama today, but I realize I only got half as much fabric as I needed (oops!) so I'll get the correct amount possibly tomorrow (depending; Scott wants to watch the old live action TMNT movies, so how can I refuse? XD;) or Friday at the latest, and work on them this weekend. I will have them out by the end of next week FOR SURE, just to make sure they get there in time! I also need to look into mending my kwan dao (ahaha, that was an amusing tale, it randomly decided to fall over on me and part of the "blade" broke, oops, I didn't even touch it!) because Diana wants me to wear Ren to Jacon so I'm kind of considering it. ^^; Only half a day in that costume won't be bad, with the other half probably being Ryoma because come on, I can't not wear him to a con and I'll probably only be going Saturday, as per usual.
SPEAKING OF CONS. ZOMG, the Weasley twins are going to be at Dragon*Con!!! ::squees self to death!:: :D;;;;
Okay, I think I've probably rambled long enough. ^^; I may try to actually sign onto some kind of messenger tonight, seeing as I finished the book I was reading (ahhh, I need the others in this series, stat!).
:D;
