Nov. 27th, 2005 01:06 amAnd in the true spirit of Thanksgiving weekend for me graduate students: today's PhD comic.
Sashi is doing better, I think, probably due in no small part to teh 1337 painkillers they gave me for her. She's sleeping cutely now. <3 And she even meowed at me today! (You have no idea how happy this makes me, really.)
Decorated my desk with Christmas lights today! :D Debating whether or not to bring some into school. Of course, everyone in the other office has 'em up, so why shouldn't I? Other than that, been working on my presentation on and off, watched an ep of Firefly (I am so quickly running out D:), went running, read some papers, realized I have a massive paper on dark matter and dark energy I have to read for Monday so I've been working my way through that. At least that one's interesting. And I think my presentation is almost done! I just have to put some math or something into it. >>; But then I have to start working on... something else, and seeing as I have questions about almost everything else, most of it has to wait until Monday. But that means I can spend tomorrow finishing up the presentation and grading and maybe if i'm lucky I'll figure out the last part of my ZAMS project on my own! Possibly maybe doubtful though. ^^;
Also! Uhm - I don't know/remember if anyone on my flist would be interested, but if any of you would like either the Firefly or Serenity OST, just drop me a comment~ I know when I was looking a while back at least one or two of you sounded interested-ish. ^_^

Edit: Damn you, car industry. WHY THE HECK IS THERE A MERCURY MESSENGER? That makes it twice as hard to search for SPACECRAFT specs on the web. XP
