(no subject)
Apr. 6th, 2005 07:28 pmHuh. I feel like I should update, just for the sake of it... though I don't know I have too much to say. It's been a busy week, and it only promises to continue. Yesterday I had to help out with the extra credit night lab - fun, but I didn't get home to stay until 10:30ish.
Here's the outlook for the next couple days or so (like anyone cares <<):
Tomorrow:
- Get in at 9 =_= to work on homework
- Teach Lab
- No class!
- Go to second-year talks
Friday:
- Meet with Vicki?
- Work on more homework and start the Radio project
- Class
- Colloquium
- Be a bum and skip Public Night
Saturday:
- Chess match practice!
- STUDY (+ homework)
Sunday:
- STUDY (+ homework)
Radio homework's due Monday, ISM is due Wednesday, and there's an ISM test Thursday. Whee. @.@
But! I did catch Vicki for a little while today. So I have a job/can get paid over the summer! She was like, "Well, I have all this grant money... howabout I just pay you for the whole summer?" Heck yes! XD Plus I'll be teaching (and getting paid separately) for the second half of the summer. So it looks like I will be wading through real data by this time next month. Ahhhh!
Oh! And! I... um... got the best grade in the class on the Radio test. ::hides:: I was just so relieved I hadn't *failed*. I mean, I didn't do stellar or anything (haha, no, that's Shinn's job... or should that just be a really bad astronomy pun?), but I passed Gottesman (our prof) in the hall on my way to talk to Vicki, and *he* said I did a good job. I almost died. XD And we can redo the problems we got wrong for extra credit. YAY. Maybe I can save those 2 C's I'm allowed for next semester after all.
Um... proudness for Jen, for going down to her interview this morning and doing a decent job. Here's hoping something comes of it! ^_^
Right. Finally done grading, so I am off to work on Heihachi, because I have... not long enough to finish that.
Oh, and WHY must Destiny come out once a week. I need MORE. RIGHT NOW.
