Jeanne is so on crack
Sep. 24th, 2004 08:07 pmI can't believe it - Jeanne really has made a loop and is so headed for FL. This is nuts. o.O
A pretty good day today; I like Fridays. ^_^ Slept in, went into school for a bit, then came home and went to lunch with Jen before dropping her off at work and heading back to go to my class. Quote of the day:
"There's this other book on pulsars you might want to check out, by a guy named Mitchell. The thing is, Mitchell's book on pulsars is a lot like 'Magical Me' by Gilderoy Lockheart."
Any prof who incorporates Harry Potter references into his lectures is so way cool in my book. And he was already doing phenomenally well! After that we had colloquium, I went to do the lab, then I came back and went running since it wasn't too incredibly hot. Watched another ep of Samurai 7, and now I'm dlding the PoT musical mp3s because apparently they've published a CD of them. Go Japanese. >>;
Argh, and my old CD burner (on the Zero System) is... totally not happy. Grar. Guess it's time to look into buying a new one. And see if I can't burn the CD on Zero Two in the meantime.
