Oh IDL, why have you forsaken me?
Apr. 24th, 2004 04:03 pmRight. So due to either the program's stupidity or, more likely, my own stupidity (which knows no bounds) I had to REDO ALL MY DATA yesterday. -_- It took me all day (not kidding here, but at least I'd finished up enough that I could go to AniClub before heading back and finishing stuff). But hey, at least I'm getting reasonable extinction coefficients now. Well, at least for the Oct01 data. The Dec01 is still misbehaving, but I think I have another standard I can use for that night. And if I could find something moving in the Sep03 data, well, I'd be all set. I'm hoping to crank out all of the data by tomorrow and toss it on graphs so I can start writing some of those conlcusion-things that are the meat of my thesis. o.o;

It's so nice out today, but I'm stuck inside 'cause I offered to pick up an extra shift and am now working 12-6. But it's kept me on task working on my thesis pretty much - wrote another page, whoo. Tomorrow April and I are gonna work on the policy pset, and maybe again on Monday if we can't get it done in one day. At least the guy teaching the mantle convection module understandas that 1) our theses are due in two weeks and 2) none of us need to know mantle convection for them. He's being nice, I like that.
Moh, isn't it over already? I have a list of two billion things I'd rather be doing, like watching Prince of Tennis or working on an Anita costume or reading Tehanu or going running or organizing all my crap or... just about anything!
