Ninja Party and Animarathon Goodness

Well, yesterday evening turned out to be much better than yesterday afternoon, which was good. ^^ Got to the Ninja Party and hung out with Skuld - she's got this fangirl-made Naruto game on her comp, so I played that for a bit while we were waiting for Alex. XD He got there while I was still playing, and gave me my late Xmas present from himself and Destra...
A Naruto ramen bowl!!! XD OMG, does it *get* any cooler than that? I need to eat every single meal from today on in that thing! It even has a matching spoon! And the Konoha symbol around the rim! It is teh cool! Wheeee!! ::glomps Alex and Destra::
^^;; Right. Dude, that thing is so cool. XD I've tried to get them an Xmas present a few times... and I have no clue what to get. o.o I will think of something one of these days... probably by next Christmas. Go me... ><;;
So then Sasuke and Zabuza and I ran around for a while, played some Smash Brothers (man, do I suck at that game. It's too... there's too much going on for me to follow anything o.o) until I had to go, 'cause Leah and Adam and I were going to hang out and watch lots of anime. So while waiting for Adam, Leah and I raided the AniClub office, and came up with Gundam Wing, Fushigi Yuugi, and Evangelion.
So we sat around all night watching 5 episodes of GW, 3 or 4 eps of FY, and 2 eps of EVA. Adam... really, really, really hates Heero. O.O;; Like, as much as I hate Relena. He *hates* poor Hee-chan. He and Leah both like Duo, and also both agree (as does everyone else in the world) that Quatre and Trowa are cute together. ^^ And Leah and I kept trying to get Heero to Rah Tilt Relena. *snicker* Right, well, at least I'm so used to Zelgadis that I don't think Heero is Tamahome anymore. But really, Adam hates Heero. Sheesh. ^^;;;
We moved to 6-120 (from 2-105) to watch FY 'cause the VCR in 2-105 was unhappy, and that was just a riot. Now that Heero was trapped in Tamahome's body (and not the other way around), things got fun. I think the most popular expression was "Is Miaka for REAL?!" Right. You know, I remembered her being dumb. I didn't remember her being THAT dumb. o.o We also decided it was Aya night, since first there was Zechs and then Hotohori to deal with (aside from Zelgadis-Heero-Tamahome). I'm just used to Zechs being Alan in English. ^^; So anyway, even Adam decided that FY was too shoujo for him but it was still... somehow fun watching the first couple of episodes again. Probably because at least for a while, Tamahome and Miaka didn't like each other so they were funny.
Took a bit of a break, then watched EVA at 3am. Right, I'd also forgotten how good EVA was. And is Shinji voiced by a girl in Japanese? I bet he is. Awwwww. So yep, EVA was cool, except for the crying over Misato/Shinji, which Adam thinks is cool and Leah and I want to run away from, because eew, that's gross. >< Gonna have to watch the rest of EVA again one of these days.
So yeah, I went to bed at 5:45 and got up at 12:20 for work, and here I am during the second hour of my shift. Whee. It's 31 degrees outside, it feels so WARM. O.O Maybe I'll go running later, if I don't feel like I'm going to fall over and need a nap before D&D.
