ad_exiao.O REALLY really good Teen Titans episode. Terra is cool. Even if she did steal my boy. ;_; Beast Boy was so all over her... and I still thought she was cool. Wah. My Beast Boy! I so called him first!
So Leah and I met at five to head over to Comicopia to take advantage of the last leg of their sale today (still 15% off, not bad!). Got the Jan Newtype USA (yay LE article, and Hachimaki, and other goodness), my own volume of Girl Got Game (OMG it's so good ahhh), and volume 3 of Jing.
Got dinner at the little Japanese place near Comicopia, then came back here to hang out. Walking back here was TORTURE. Like... my legs were so cold they were *hot*. Neither of us could climb the stairs so we took the elevator. Only to find...
... 30% off manga and trade paperbacks at Comicopia *tomorrow*! Do you know what this means? Yes! We're going back tomorrow. Because in that case, I still need .hack//Twilight 2 and Jing 4. They didn't have Kenshin 2 or I so would have bought it.
Ah well. I mean, at least all my catching up on manga is during a sale, right...? ^^;; And I really, really am going to go to Sasuga and sell back some of the Japanese stuff. Even *gasp* the Kenshin, I think. NOT the end, I am *so* keeping the last two volumes. But the three random ones... I think I can give up. So long as I know they're coming in English. Now someone convince me to let Cardcaptor Sakura 10-11 go. (I'm definitely keeping 12, do you KNOW how hard that one was to find?)
Right. So Leah and I hung out here after we could actually *feel* our extremities again. We watched Saiyuki Reload 1 (yeah, I'd so be Goku from Reload, and she thinks she might actually be Gojyo instead since I don't think Adam wants to do it). Also watched a bit of Gundam Wing to show her what it was like (Zelgadis is trapped in Heero's body! o.O) and some music vids, like the Yami Ameno one and the Hair one. XD Good stuff.
And now it's time for me to SPAZ because the school year is starting again soon and I don't want to do any work. -_- Gotta meet with Andy this week and start thinking about that thesis thing that's due... ahhh. In May or something. ><*** AND I have to write a paper on remote sensing by... Friday. Watch Ali-chan die. At least I APPLIED to New Mexico State today (be proud! The deadline isn't until Feb. 1st!). I just have to mail them their stuff on Monday. And request one more transcript. And that had better be it!
... Crap. I have to email UCF about stupid Jim. Ah well. Then I'm off to... try to do a few productive things before reading the end of Girl Got Game #1, and going to *bed* because I have to work again tomorrow. At least it will pay for the manga binge... And hopefully make me do some research on that paper.
Ahhh what aspect of remotet sensing do I want to write about?
