ad_exiaI, uh, am alive, really. Just still kind of behind and exhausted and definitely not yet recovered. ^^; I'm trying, but I have too much other crap to do! This is also why I don't have my conreport written up yet, but I will, I promise, very soon I hope!
I am so behind on just about all my RPs, except for maybe Snogs, because I'm still all "HP!" from the weekend and the game is really starting to pick up, now that we've got something like a scheduleand a Slytherin Quidditch team :D;. But I really want to catch up; maybe tomorrow, since I have to get my butt to bed very soon now. (This is probably why I'm so tired still - I stay up trying to get stuff done!) Though I didn't even get home for real until 10pm tonight - there was the colloquium, which ran a bit late, then Tyler and I went to JoAnn's to get fabric for Jennie and Troppy's Slytherin cloaks (and then dinner and feeding Scott's cat). I held off on getting stuff for my Quidditch robes, since I'm poor for now, though I may go back before the set of coupons I have expires. I found the perfect colors, though it's Egyptian cotton... I'm not sure if I should make it out of that, but maybe with two layers it'll hang right? Though I suppose I still have other options. Darn HP cloak-things and the difficulty I have in finding materials! I found some good stuff for Jennie's cloak, and though I'm not 100% thrilled, it's not bad at all. It has a bit of a grain, but it's a nice weight, and I found some baroque satin that I can use the wrong side of to line and looks good with it. So! That's the next project, with Ron Stoppable's belt and the Quidditch robes behind it, because I am very inspired to make those now (and I've been wanting some for years, I swear).
... You know, maybe I should start using a "costumes" tag or something. XD; But then I'd have to go back to all my five million entries and start tagging, like I've *started* doing with my other tags...
I finally figured out why I had no downloads for so long - they "forgot" to charge me for a few months, and finally got around to doing it this month, resulting in a $40 charge because it racked up. And while they *appear* to have given me all the downloads that comes with a charge of $40, it doesn't roll over, so I have to download ALL that stuff this month. >>; This may be fortuitous, though, because I'm really thinking of just trying to get as much of my stuff off the server and canceling my service, because I rarely use it anymore. While this is a pain, at least it'll force me to go through what I have and what I don't have, so. :D; I think most of the stuff up there I really have already downloaded, and just haven't deleted because I'm paranoid. I deleted a bunch of extraneous stuff tonight, at any rate, so we're getting there. Now to get some new DVDs, because for some reason my burner doesn't like Sony DVDs... >>; Thanks, burner, what am I supposed to do with these now? D:
ANYWAY. Sorry about the mini-rant. ::cuts it:: All is well otherwise, though I think Vicki wants me to do my orals this month or something, which is bad, because I might implode if that happens. >>; Maybe I can talk her into next month.
